In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within fourteen working days following the day on which you receive the goods. We regret that this does not apply where sealed audio and video recordings or software products have been unsealed. Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition.
You should notify us by emailing info@viga.co.uk with a valid reason why you are returning the goods. Post the securely packaged goods back to the Returns Department using a recorded delivery service. We will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error).

Delivery
Orders outside the UK/Northern Ireland will incur the following delivery charges:-
Postage Worldwide is from £14.50 and within the EU and Europe postage is £9.95 please select this option on the checkout page.
A Free Delivery Charge is included with all online sales
This means your goods will be processed and shipped via our standard postal provider (Royal Mail). Goods will arrive within 5-7 working days for most of the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland.
Our Tracked Delivery option means your goods will be despatched on a 24 hour service and may require a signature.
Note that customised items still normally take around 5 days to be dispatched.

Returns and Refund
We operate a "no-quibble" guarantee and if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 7 days from date of delivery.
We will issue a full refund within 7 working days for the price you paid for the item. If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges.
